License Server Installation Configuration and Activation Quick Start

1. Select, download and install the product software from the list above.
2. Save the attached .xml.zip license file from the activation email.
3. Download the standalone AVEVA Enterprise Licensing 3.7.zip. installer. (Skip if installing System Platform 2020 R2. This version includes 3.7 Licensing software with the main installer)
4. Install the Enterprise License Server and Manager software per page 11 of the Enterprise Licensing Guide(same as above). Reference pages 34 & 35 for example if needed. (For 2020 R2, use the main installer)
5. Configure the License Server per pages 36 & 37 of the guide.
6. Access the License Manager per pages 43-49 of the guide.
7. Set the Activation Mode per page 51 of the guide. Note: Online Mode is set by default; if the computer is connected to the internet, continue down page 51 to Activating Licenses in Online Mode.
8. Set for Offline Activation if your computer is not connected to the internet. See page 53 of the guide for setting Offline Activation Mode and activating licenses using that option.
