I did just 'upgrade' to the latest version of SeDiv MAIN utility and FINALY SeDiv do work properly with 1024 X 768 screen resolution !!!
Very happy !!!

Now all options are visible and the menus are re-arranged and visible as well even on lower resollution settings !

Hi Spildit,
Sorry for this request. It was a bad behavior from my part. I´m new for data recovery.
Thank so much for attention and advice !!! I´m looking for solve a issues with a Seagate ST500DM002(Barracuda) that now can´t read sector '0'. Then. I imagine that it can be fixed with command (m0,2,2,22) over HD Doctor for seagate, but unfortunately I don´t have this tool. You know someone that can send it for my email? There is any other procedure that I can to do to fix it? Can you help me with that? I really need my data back. I'm very worry about that, so my monograph (final course project) is inside this drive.
Sorry about this inconvenient circumstance.

HD Doctor from salvation data is a hardware box + software. Software will not work without the box.

m0,2,2,22 is for 7200.11 drives only (known 0 LBA problem) you should NEVER use that command on other drives or you risk partial access + traslator damage.
DM series is known to have several issues from bad heads and media damage to media cache issues and sometimes some sysfile patching is required to clone7image the drive.
Only thing that you can do by yourself is to attempt to clone the bad drive with hddsuperclone or ddrescue.
If it doesn't work you need to patch the firmware assuming heads and media are ok.
If the data on the drive is important as you say do consider the use of a professional data recovery firm !

How I can update firmware for this drive If there isn't firmware available on seagate website? There is another place where I can find it? Assuming that I find the firmware, how can I update the hd, such as it can not be read?

SeDiv doesn't have anything to do with Salvation Data.
Salvation data is a very old player on the data recovery field. Many years ago when HDD Guru was starting i only knew about Ace with PC-3000, SD with HD DOctors and BVG with HRT.
Many years later Mr. Div. from RUSSIA did publish a tool that would work only on Seagate ST-10 drives .. SeDiv. Only later SeDiv was updated first to work with WD drives and progressively Mr. Div released Hitachi tool and later provided Seagae F3 Arch support and Toshiba, etc .. SeDiv is Ruissian and you can search HDD Guru for the first time it started to be mentioned .. I think it was at the start of 2009..
Salvation Data is Chinese and do exist way prior to that. Also SD and HRT did had tools for all brands while SeDiv was ST-10 only for years.
About the .. 'clones' or tools based on .. PC-3000 .. ? There are Chinese MRT ..

SeDiv is a $350 SOFTWARE ONLY tool and it doesn't have data extractor.
All the others are Hardware based with power relay and do have data extractor (imaging tool).
Salvation data have Data Compass, PC-3000 have 'DE' or Data Extractor. HRT have 'DRE' or Data Recovery Edition and MRT have Data Explorer.
SeDiv is firmware tool only aimed more to drive repair and refurb. The others with exception of HRT are more inclined for data recovery and not drive repair/refurb.
